Cold process means the saponification happens slowly at room temperature and the bar then cures for weeks while the excess water evaporates. A properly cured bar is harder, lasts far longer in the dish, and is gentler than a fast-processed one.

Scent comes from lemongrass and neem oil. Neem is bitter and medicinal and is not to everyone's taste; lemongrass carries it.
