What we collect

If you place an order: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. We need all of it to ship the goods and to complete the customs declaration.

If you request a quotation: the company, contact and destination details you type into the form, plus what you told us you are interested in.

If you subscribe: your email address, and nothing else.

If you just browse: the site sets one session cookie so the cart works. There is no advertising cookie, no third-party tracking pixel and no analytics profile built against you.

What we do with it

Fulfil your order. Answer your enquiry. Send the monthly email if you asked for it. That is the complete list.

Who else sees it

• Carriers — name, address, phone and contents declaration, because a parcel cannot move without them.
• Customs authorities — the commercial invoice and packing list, as required by law in both countries.
• Our bank — payment details for a transfer.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. There is no exception to this and no partner arrangement behind it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for seven years, because tax and customs law in Nepal requires it. Quotation enquiries for two years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Email us and you can have a copy of everything we hold about you, a correction to anything wrong, or deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. We will act within thirty days and we will not ask you why.

Unsubscribing takes one click from any email. It does not require an account or a login.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. We do not store card numbers because we do not process cards. Payment details you send us for a bank transfer are held only as long as the transaction needs.
