Small dogs get through cheese slower than their size suggests, because the limiting factor is jaw pressure rather than appetite. A 40 g bar is usually several sessions.
As with every size, take the stub away once it will fit whole in the mouth, or puff it in the microwave and let them have it as a crisp instead.
