Wholesale & export
One enquiry covers the whole basket. Tell us what lines interest you, the rough volume and where it is going, and we come back with unit prices, packing, lead times, freight options and the certificate list your customs will want — usually inside one working day.
Five steps, and one of them is yours
Send the enquiry
Lines, rough volume, destination country. You do not need exact quantities yet — a range is enough to price against.
We quote, and list the paperwork
Unit prices, MOQ, packing, lead time, freight options, and every certificate that your specific destination-plus-product combination needs. Quotations hold for 30 days.
You confirm your market accepts the goods
This step is yours and it is the one people skip. Dairy-derived dog chews, cosmetics and some plant products face import rules that vary enormously. We tell you what certification exists; you confirm your authority will accept it.
Sample, then order
On any line you intend to reorder, take a sample first. You pay for it and the freight; we credit the sample cost against your first full order. The approved sample becomes the reference for every later claim.
Production, certification, despatch
Usually 30% with the order, balance against documents. Draft documents come to you for checking before the container is sealed — not after.
Commercial terms at a glance
| Incoterms | FOB Kathmandu quoted by default. CIF and DAP on request. DDP needs a duty-paying arrangement in your market — ask early. |
| Currency | US dollars. Other currencies by agreement, at the rate on the invoice date. |
| Payment | Telegraphic transfer, typically 30% deposit and the balance against documents. Letter of credit from around USD 10,000. |
| Quote validity | 30 days. Agricultural lines move with the harvest and we will not pretend otherwise. |
| Samples | Available on every line. Cost credited against your first full order. |
| Private label | Tea, chews, incense, soap and paper goods. You supply artwork; add 2–3 weeks. |
| Claims window | Seven days from delivery, with photographs of the goods and the packaging as received. |
Typical MOQ by line
These are the usual entry points. Exact MOQ sits on every individual product page, because a carton of tea and a carved sal-wood window panel are not comparable things.

Tell us what you need
There is no obligation and no account to open. The more specific you are about the destination and the volume, the more useful the reply is.
What travels with the goods
Most delays are not customs being difficult. They are a certificate nobody arranged because each side assumed the other was doing it.
Always
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the carrier's bill of lading or air waybill.
Plant-origin goods
Phytosanitary certificate for tea, spices, herbs and buckwheat. Pesticide residue analysis for tea into the EU.
Animal-origin goods
Veterinary health certificate for the yak-cheese chews. Rules differ enormously by market — confirm yours accepts dairy-based pet products before ordering.
Wood & art
ISPM 15 heat-treatment stamp on solid wood. Non-antique declaration on thangka, cast bronze figures and carved panels.
